Who do we Glorify?

1 Corinthians 619-20 says, "Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, (20)for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body." I'll be talking about the last part of verse 20. We need to glorify God in our bodies. How can we glorify God, if we're trying to glorify ourselves? If we're dressing to impress others, and to show off our bodies, then is that glorifying God? If you went to the beach, and you saw two girls, one dressed in a bikini, and the other dressed in knee-length shorts and a t-shirt, who would you think would be the Christian? Probably not the one showing off as much skin as possible without being completely naked. We need to remember that we weren't put on this Earth to bring attention to ourselves, but to bring attention to God. Matthew 5:16, "In the same way, let your light shine before men that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven." We need to remember to give glory to God in what we wear, and not give the glory to ourselves.
